Herold Road Family Physicians has operated in a paperless environment by using secure electronic medical records (QHR ACCURO) since 2010. Lab results, x-rays and all fax documents are received electronically.

MEDEO SECURE PATIENT MESSAGING:

With Medeo Patient Messaging, the physicians at Herold Road can securely connect with patients to share documents and lab results, communicate treatment follow-ups, and send clinic messages. Only our physicians and staff can initiate and close a message thread. It’s safe and secure.

For security and privacy our physicians will not communicate with their patients through email.
