Herold Road Family Physicians has operated in a paperless environment by using secure electronic medical records (QHR ACCURO) since 2010. Lab results, x-rays and all fax documents are received electronically.

MEDEO SECURE PATIENT MESSAGING:

With Medeo Patient Messaging, the physicians at Herold Road can securely connect with patients to share documents and lab results, communicate treatment follow-ups, and send clinic messages. Only our physicians and staff can initiate and close a message thread. It’s safe and secure.

For security and privacy our physicians will not communicate with their patients through email.

The physicians of Herold Road Family Physicians have many areas of expertise and special interest within the broader spectrum of family medicine. These include such areas as obstetrics and perinatal care, palliative care, geriatrics, sport medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and emergency medicine.

Confidentiality of your personal health information is taken very seriously by the physicians, management and staff at Herold Road Family Physicians. Following regulations spelled out in the Health Information Protection Act (HIPA), we have adopted numerous clinic policies to protect your information.
