I am writing today to provide an update on the planned closure of my practice. As announced on Nov 27/2023, my medical practice at Herold Road Family Physicians will be closing effective May 24/2024.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a replacement to take over my practice. My patients can continue accessing the clinic and using the walk-in clinic at Herold Road Family Physicians until May 24/2024. After the closure of my practice my former patients will no longer be open to accessing care at the clinic.
All patient health information will be maintained at the office and can be accessed by patients if/when it is needed.
If we have any further information or updates, they will be posted to the office website heroldroad.ca and to the office Facebook page.
It has been the greatest privilege of my career to provide care to my patients at Herold Road Family Physicians.
